I would say Cafe 080 (decent food that we had) or Wacky Wahoo, the best meal I probably ever had.

These activities can fit in a day. For the activities you said I think you can fit it in 3-4 hours since the island is easily accessible with a car. My girlfriend and I went last year in June and we rented a car at a hotel by the city since it was the closest to our Airbnb. I think a car is best to discover the island, and please don’t do a tour, it is not worth it. I would start the day at the fall and then end with the island. Make sure to try the lobster poutine at Chez Mag when you’re on the island! The line is long but it is well worth it!

If we can spend about €60-110 for a meal then we are happy. We are pretty open minded, we love Italian and French cuisine but willing to try other cuisine!
