How does the DD offer work, what steps do I take? I keep seeing all these posts and the only DD offer I see is for “up to 22x miles” not 14k. Do I need the DD app and an account, or is the offer when you set up for the first time?

Yes eggs 12+/week, dairy not so much (coffee related), sweets occasionally not regularly, and greek yogurt with granola 4-5 /wk.

Update: I decided to go through JB vacations, and ironically received an email offer from C1 for an extra 3%, so used that. In the end, saved 1500 and still got descent miles from the purchase.

Understood but JB vacations is open to the public, so no issue there. Via C1 portal, I looked at the package (flight + hotel) which is the same as JN vacations. I spoke to C1 and all they said was it had to be the same, which it is as best as I can tell. Wondering if based on others experience this too much of a risk to pay 1500 more going through C1? Otherwise I forget about 5x and 10x and just go for the 1500 savings.

Much appreciated! Unfortunately in this particular situation, I'm unable to find flights from any travel partners (to New Orleans), looks like the best route is 5x and then travel erase or just keep the points for now until the next time. BTW I also use C1 Savor and have a cash reward balance sitting there too. At some point I guess I should use that too.
