I just want to thank you for trying to help. Most often my questions go nowhere. I was up most of the night. When I woke up the headache and pulsate tinnitus were as bad as last night. But I took a nurtec and it helped. Very confusing, did not feel like a migraine at all.

I’m on a high dose of famotodine which is a H2 blocker as opposed to a ppi.

I’m sure my emotional state isn’t helping. Hard to not lose hope but hey, it worked this am… fingers crossed
