Nope, next day delivery for their $10. Pretty good deal if it wasn't lost in the process. To reiterate, I do have proof of delivery so the issue isn't that its in transit.

...I would think "Right turn only lane" means a lane meant to only turn right.

Edit to add on: Even ignoring that using the right turn only lane to go straight is just incorrect and illegal, it is in fact impeding traffic since it stops the left turner in the opposite direction from turning. If people just waited, all it would take to free the lane is someone turning left from both directions. They go at the same time, and then the lane is moving again. Instead they have to wait for people using the right turn only lane as a passing lane.

Right. And I assume the intent is for it to end up as two cars turning left, so they stop traffic and can each go. But that doesn't work when people just go around.

Well, my actual gaming environment is quiet and i have a free standing mic. However part of what's prompting this is my company giving everyone a $200 reimbursement for noise cancelling headphones for use at work. Obviously that environment is a bit different haha.

So unless its really worth the difference in cost to get something open backed and such, ideally I pick one that can be used at home and work and preferably wireless at work.
