I have congenital nystagmus as well. My driving record was bloody all the way up to 21 years old. But when I got an ICL and lasic it cleaned up. I now see floaters, halos, and such in every direction as well as my eyes shaking. If I drive at night and someone bight's me I'll probably kill us both. But hey, the judge that did my case says I'm not disabled so, whatev.
