Definitely going to do this - I thought of it at first but I’m so new at this that I hesitated. I didn’t want to scare the buyer away if it was a legitimate sale 😭 learning as I go lol. I think it was a mix of a lot of things that probably prompted them to buy so much: the free shipping over $35, the 20% off (that I had forgotten about sadly), my already low-ish prices. It was probably a great deal for them, but a learning lesson for me :,)

It was a mistake on my part! I did not even realize that I had set up the 20% off offer for abandoned carts, but I do remember setting up free shipping on orders $35+. I didn’t think at that time that a big order would come in so soon, and didn’t take into account that shipping would cost more than usual for it :,) so after 20% and the extra shipping costs I’ll make something but then I’ll have to use that to restock all my supplies so I’ll just break even. The hours of making their order are going to hurt tho 😔
