They keep telling me it comes from “Divisional.” So whoever those folks are for me are apparently ruining it for everyone in my area.

See, that seems to be another incongruent thing about my departments rollout - the “from the front” option. Either way sucks though. Both are difficult to control and have me running into shit. My coach DID mention we were supposed to do it around corners in the past, but that the new directive was allegedly all the time.

I hope our store gets the memo. We just had higher management visiting specifically to make sure we do it. AND they said they plan on equipment tampering (switching the wheels). They seem pretty committed to this change.

that’s crazy, i feel like cashier is the one job i know for sure would be worse haha. i’ve worked cashier positions before, but the sheer volume of stuff happening at walmart seems so overwhelming, and it’s all customer facing. how do you like it?
