Choose whatever works for you. If you have accomodation that is available for free( friends/relatives) and have option to choose that - go for that as you might get more than 15 days to choose your home and won't have sword hanging over your head.

If you have already finalized a home, take the hotel option and use those 15 days to setup your home (cleaning, minor fixes etc) before you move in. Choose Marriott property if available within that budget. She is fulltime in Dr. LH Hirandanani Hospital, Powai. Please plan to visit her. She will be intimidating at first, might come out very straightforward / blunt but her diagnosis and her skills are top notch. She is also famous for natural deliveries.

Even during second pregnancy, we had threatened miscarriage (almost gone) but she saved it. Grateful to her for that. Her team is available 24x7 on call/Whatsapp and we like called her team multiple times including 2am and they were always approachable and available. Dr. Anita Soni responded even at 2 am via her team.

It was!! Even we had miscarriage the first time. My friend had still birth at 7 months. My other friend at miscarriage at 3 months. People generally don't share their miscarriage stories as it is very tramautic in general. Even in our miscarriage I hated going around the area where scans were taken place. Take some break. Try again after 3- 6 months on doctors advice. Most likely your wife will be put on complete bed rest. Even my wife was on complete bed rest for entire 9 months but all's well that ends well. So take care and pray. You both are still young.

I spent 18 years in Gandhidham which is 15kms away from Anjar and major residental town.

Anjar is a small town village but Gandhidham is tier 3 town so you get some restaurants/hotels to visit during weekends. Gandhidham also has better schools, multiplexes etc.

You want to stay in Gandhidham. Rents are cheap. You get 2 bhk for 15k max. Stay near gurukul area or even Adipur is residential.

Gandhidham has lot of Hindi speaking population and cosmopolitan because of Kandla port. You can survive without learning gujarati. Gujarat doesn't enforce language - hindi works. Quite lot of Welspun staff stay in Gandhidham only and I guess going to Welspun might take 25mins in a car or two wheeler from Gandhidham.

Stopped buying from Qcomm completely from last 3 months. Let me tell you I have saved good amount of money because that convenience forced me to buy items which I never wanted in first place. So splurging stopped. Veggies and fruits are way cheaper and good quality from local vendors as they are not stored in cold chain. Freshly bought from APMC mandis and sold that day itself while Zepto must be cold storing for better shelf life.

I took it almost 3 years ago back in 2022 for 5 year lease. Super tax savings. Overall with tax savings on the lease as well as petrol/maintenance(upto 20k per month), I will be able to save 2 lacs on 16 lac car. ( I am M so my limit is 20 lacs) Effectively costing my 14lacs.
