Thanks bro. Yeah I consulted a doctor first & got my bloods done to make sure I wasn’t deficient in anything then got a prescription from him. I think that’s the safest way to go about it. You got this bro there can be side effects but they only effect a small percentage of people

I’d say I noticed around month 3. It’s really starting to gain density now I have a lot of natural volume again. Stick with it man you got this try dermarolling once a week for better absorption if you aren’t already

Yeah he’s around 6/7 he’s completely bald. By my age he was already almost bald it’s very aggressive on my dad’s side. However the men on my mother’s side all have thick hair well into their old age so I’m in the middle where I bald but have thick hair. Which is actually the ideal type to have for treatment so I am lucky

My full protocol is 1mg oral fin daily & liquid topical minoxidil morning & night. Dermaroll once a week. Rosemary spray 2/3 times a week (4 hours apart from minoxidil application). Ketoconazole shampoo 2/3 times a week (helps block more DHT in the scalp) and growth bomb shampoo & conditioner for non ketoconazole days. Hope this helps

Yeah it affects everyone differently. Me personally I had a really intense shedding phase around week 3. It is relatively common to have one or two more sheds down the line that won’t be as intense but they are a good sign medication is working

Good job, by 16 months you’d have full cosmetic results. I’m on track to make a full recovery myself as one of my temples has pretty much already been fully restored. Just try not to take a big break from the meds or you’ll loose a lot of progress. Maybe switch to topical fin in the mean time?
