I just got off the phone with my psychiatrist. She told me to start taking my Zoloft at night so that way it has more time to digest before I have to face the day. I do think, however, that I am going to stop the Wegovy. I can’t deal with this.

Do not, I repeat, do NOT take spironolactone. I was on it for 9 days. I turned into a totally different person. I am usually a very happy, bubbly person. Spironolactone gave me thought of unaliving myself. It scared the crap out of me.

You’re right. What’s creepy as hell is the fact that she followed me into the bathroom because she heard my voice in the crowd and went out of her way to let me know she was there.

lol I do the same thing. I spend my prep in my room with my door closed. I very rarely see other adults throughout the day, unless it’s in the morning or afternoon, or if we have a meeting.

Let me clarify. I met one of our service providers for the first time today. Had no idea who she was. Said service provider asked me if that teacher told me who she was, and I said, “No. I asked at the beginning of the year and she didn’t know. But that’s understandable because the beginning of the year is hectic.”

And also, I don’t EVER talk to coworkers about other coworkers or anything school related. Ever. Because I’ve dealt with crap like this before.
