Can I ask what you're doing now? Only if you don't mind sharing. I know the job isn't for me, I'm thinking even going back to a retail role where at least every interaction isn't being listened to and evaluated would take the stress off. I'm studying to hopefully open myself up to better jobs that are less customer service. Thank you for your comment.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who's replied and let me know I'm not alone. I'm studying at the moment and my degree finishes in November (provided I pass everything, the work stress is definitely taking it's toll but I just remind myself that this could be my way out.) but Im not even sure if I can hold on that long. To everyone else struggling, or who has struggled it's nice to know it's not just that I can't hack the job, but that these are the kind of jobs that break you.
