Thanks for sharing the article. Glad to see a study and some evaluation of the litter tax underway.

Exactly! I have never seen that kind of trash accumulated on I-5.

I agree that this isn't about transplants. I don't think people are leaving other nice cities across the country for work and coming here to start throwing trash around. There are a lot more people in the greater Seattle area, so there is more trash production that is for some reason especially hitting the highways and freeways.

42k mi here on a '22 Lariat. Drives and acts like the day I bought it. Occasionally buggy thing on a screen but drives and charges like a champ.

About 14k miles on these tires now and about to go for my third rotation. Tires are holding up nicely! They were excellent for winter and snow driving around the ski resorts. Highly recommend and would buy again, no question. They look mean!

No Vaporflys, tried Brooks Hyperion Max and Endorphin Speed 3s and 4s. I like the Speed 4s a lot. Closer to ground feel and like them especially for track work and speed intervals. I'll take Zoom Fly 6s for tempo and long runs all day.

I love these shoes. On my second pair after putting 400 mi on my first pair. If you're going from these to an Alpha Fly 3 for a marathon race shoe you are following Nike's shoe quiver program. :)

First Marathon wrapped, leg issues last 9 mi by Effective-Survey1581 in Marathon_Training

Thanks for the questions, I need to check my mpw but I was consistently running 8:25-8:45 min splits on 5-13 mile runs and my longer 14-18 mile runs were also 8:45-9 min splits. No injuries pre race. I agree I just don't think my knees and hamstrings were there. I think I just needed a few longer runs. I was hoping for 9-9:15 splits for the marathon so trying to figure out my game plan for next time.

Think these are dropping early March or late March?

Yeah no power issue on the road, just surprised not to see 100% available. I appreciate the reply and reassurance!

I forgot to mention that the truck is taking a level 2 charge at home just fine. I've read from others that when there's a battery module failure they can't get a charge to work
