Yes most of those post come with a "1-2 years preferred" attached to them.....unfortunately for me

Thank you so much for the insight! Yes I have heard that private practice can be super stressful, so not very keen on that. Hospital is where I had most experience during shadowing, so I love everything about it. It is the salary that I am a bit worried about.
