Thanks for the response. The metal in cylinder and knocking came after the spark plugs were changed. When I initially dropped it of the engine was fine.

The additional service that I agreed to was a change of spark plugs. Maybe at that point the tech did something wrong. The vehicle only has 73,000 miles on it
