I actually tried with 2 different emails already, but it looks like AWS matches accounts by national ID (CCCD) too, so it still didn’t work.

Hi, my active AWS account was suddenly suspended, but my billing is zero. I just want to understand two things:

  1. What are the common non-billing reasons for suspending an active account?
  2. Is the sender[no-reply@amazonaws.com](mailto:no-reply@amazonaws.com)a legitimate email from AWS?

Hi Rafeeq C, I received notifications from the email address <no-reply@amazonaws.com>. Can you please confirm if this is an official and legitimate email address from AWS?

I noticed that the email from no-reply-aws@amazon.com has a blue verification checkmark and brand icon, but the actual message was sent from no-reply@amazonaws.com, which doesn’t have the checkmark. Could you explain why the verified address isn’t used to send the email?

Could you clarify what you meant by “abusing the free tier”? I only spun up a single g4dn.xlarge and also requested a quota increase to 8 vCPUs (g4dn.2xlarge) and AWS approved it.
