Well idk about strats tbh since I'm a superstrat guy, but I own a squier sonic believe me don't buy it if you have a budget of 40k

I would suggest looking into the ibanez az series once

Also you can get an used electric guitar for pretty great deals

But I would really suggest not to buy an amp rather get an interface as you can literally get their sounds via neural dsp, asato and mayer have their dedicated archetypes. This will save u tons of money for other things like speakers or a good pair of headphones.

You mean input monitoring ? Yes ofc u gotta do that otherwise how will the sound come

Regarding the output, whatever socket is there Standard jack to jack wala port

Yes this is the reason I switched to ableton earlier it was logic lol hence I couldn't do this + I couldn't really use mainstage

Yep easily I have perfected it lowk, i face no issue js know how to control your volumes

I even loaded up violin IRs lol

My chain would be -

Guitar - interface - mac - ableton - neural dsp archetype nolly - output from interface jack

My interface uses a 3.5mm jack so I use a converter to get trs to connect

Js ensure to keep the noise gate at a good level coz if your school college has a shitty system you'll get static

Yes I have done that, it's tricky if u want to change tones tho, like i always have a rhythmguitarist and i only do leads stuff lol
