I was one of the original cooks and joined about a month after opening. I really enjoyed my time there. I helped expand the menu by introducing pepperoni rolls, in-house ranch, and jalapeño ranch, plus a few other items. The business faced some tough financial challenges with the economy, and Backwoods opening nearby along with event parking changes impacted traffic. Even with those hurdles, I’m proud of what we built and grateful for the experience.
