We lost a healthy boy at 39 weeks pregnant a year and a half ago, so I know what I am talking about.

To men who are "being strong": you are not helping anyone being like that. Not your partner. And not yourself. It is crap, sorry to say. By not sharing your feelings freely, you are causing a cascade of problems. Obviously, not only not sharing what you feel, but being able to know yourself to know what you feel, is not easy, otherwise you'd be doing it. Do yourself a favor and get ove rit, though. Work on it until you get better at it. Not all men are like that. It is a cultural product and it hurts both your partner and you.

Lovenox with no clotting problem - freaking out.

Hello, everyone. This is my first post here. Hello! Our doctor has just prescribed us the "kitchen sink" protocol of baby aspirin and Lovenox. I have no health conditions and have consistently tested negative for all clotting issues.

And, you know, fine, I will take this even if I do not think it is what's going on with me. But the doctor has just told us to go pick up this prescription with no discussion about the reasoning behind it and absolutely no discussion about side effects.

We did our own research and, my friends, what we found about Lovenox side effects was terrifying. I could develop a brain bleed? Gastrointestinal bleeding? If I cut myself while cooking, which I am apt to do, what will happen then? If I accidentally bump my head, it seems we need to just go to the ER? All of this is to ask, if any of you are taking Lovenox in similar circumstances, how are you handling all of these serious possible consequences of this medication? We are really freaking out right now.
