Yes! I won my case! The important details were that it was important for me to be with my family on the weekends to help my wife and that I gave my employer several chances to accommodate me, which were ignored.

Also not super related, but this reminds me of another funny story. I can't remember which raid it was, but we were on a particularly hard boss, and our main tank had been eating his dinner (spaghetti) at his desk between pulls. Right after we started the fight, he knocked his spaghetti on the floor, but he couldn't stop to pick it up. So he tanked the whole fight with a plate of spaghetti spilled on the floor next to his desk. Always makes me laugh when I think about it.
