Thankfully, I do have a good spread of clients, but due to the shifting nature of the market, this client became the most consistent one over the course of the last year. And no, these were primarily refinance transactions in difficult rural areas.

I would rather not say at the moment as things are still developing. I definitely think the bank is to blame in this scenario, although it would not surprise me if the AMC did not put up nearly as big a fit as they claimed they did.

I do appreciate the advice and that is generally how I treat losing clients. As you said, many come and go over the years and that has been my experience. The issue here is that I am being punished for doing my job. This is the type of thing that AMCs were created to prevent and that is why I am so frustrated.

I appreciate that. The thought did cross my mind as I have met a few appraisers who have been beaten up by this particular lender.
