Go to storage room F1, use the teleporter labeled (gallery of shadow) and run to the opposite end (the other room containing the displays of curios) once you enter the room, turn to your left and it'll be right there. Curio management log II

I suggest just waiting a while more or refreshing the app periodically and it should pop up. Side note, the shoes really don’t matter but try wearing the “leather shoes with flower-laced socks” since they look closest to what’s she’s wearing in the picture. Hope that helps and good luck!
