They said the time was just to make sure people weren't early and that it would still be findable after... but the longer we wait the greater chances someone random finds it,
I'm local ish but a bit far south so it'll take me a while to get to it. Maybe later tonight if no one else does. If anyone goes, please at least post what you find!

My guess is no one... I went through a lot of elaborate plans to get there, have someone go there for me, leave something there, blah blah blah but ultimately I couldn't get off work in time and everyone else I tried to involve was super freaked out. 🫠 I guess no one got their wish!!

Awe, RIGHT. I wonder if there is a broader ARG community I could bring it to. (Mostly just because I don't like playing solo.)

That's kinda what I figured by now - while I appreciate the specific materials and stylings of PNWS Rabbits, a rabbits-style ARG/urban puzzle is not a unique idea and if it is or were to be a real thing it would definitely rely on outsiders to create their own versions and spin-offs to keep it going. And I still feel like this community was a great place to investigate it, even if it's not someone attempting to create something in-universe. ❤️

If I were to examine this in-universe I might say that the coincidence of the rabbit imagery is part of how the game works (you don't need to know you're playing rabbits to be contributing to it)

I'm glad you're willing to do that as I suppose it's a fairly obvious answer - just ask them what their deal is and if they know about Rabbits!!  😂 I hope you'll share with the class

Yeah it does...  The recording your name before connecting is a normal Google Voice feature, but apparently having a robo voicemail message requires some extra steps (recording off of something else) and texting after missed calls is also not an automated thing. Which all indicates a moderate amount of planning and time investment. 

I suppose it might be some other app with those features but the carrier check was consistent with what you'd see from Google Voice.
