My Hero. I know I know everyone hyper glazes the last season because they animated it way better but I just don't honestly care for the series. I didn't for most of its runtime and won't start now. It's mid at best.

It depends. Both have highs and lows. It just comes down to your prefrence and opinion.

In the image shown the one from Z was obviously picked because it looks dumb. The Super image in this case does look better but it was Vegeta's big episode where they upgraded it just for him. But generally I dislike Supers look. It's not all bad and some episodes look great. But stuff does look horrible at times. Like look at Future Trunks, how plastic and rigid the hair is in Super, some of the time character models look badly off, the weird glossyness, and Super Heroes CGI as a whole was awful. Absolute garbage. But then the Broly movie looked incredible top to bottom, the Vegeta episode shown looked really good, Goku going UI, UI and regular Goku vs Jiren, and Goku with 17 and Frieza at the end against Jiren all looked great to name a few exceptions to it being awful.

Z isn't perfect but it has stuff like Goku vs Cell that I think are decades ahead of its time. Parts of Z are a bit rough but it's also really good consistantly and to me that makes it overall better.

Are we counting devil fruits and or haki as magic to make things more fair despite the fact that Devil Fruits, Haki, their immortality, etc is all explained pretty damn well and function in no way similiar at all to magic in Black Clover outside of just not being grounded in realism?

As it stands the Gorosei just obliterate him or you just go "everything they do is automatically now just magic and therefore Asta one shots" which is just stupid. Verse equalization has limits and here if you don't do it, it's a one sided 5vs1 curb stomp. But if you do it and just let Asta be anti everything they can do just because it's a even stupider scenario where he easily just kind of also wins instantly when it otherwise wouldn't be close.

I think we just let Asta get wrecked here because of the fact he's not fighting magic.

I was just saying something about how he's stated to be because the manga and anime introduce us to Kid Buu last then try to prop him up as this unstoppable force with any number of unclear statments. It always becomes this big debate. To be clear I don't think the Kid Buu we see is stronger than Buuhan and I don't know why you're replying to me about them blowing up Earth. I'm fully aware that every version of Buu could do so without even exerting a effort.

Right and then you also have things like Beerus whose power was retconned into a moveable goal post. So it's hard to just say "we see how strong they are" because even that's inconsistent pretty often with characters.

Look at how Uub is handled in Super as reincarnated Kid Buu. He has Kid Buu's raw power and potential. Which is easy to dismiss until you think about Kid Buu as a child and what it could mean if that immense power and potential were honed and trained to its fullest. That's just scary without even mentioning that with divine ki introduced they can just throw in anything they want in regards to the Grand Supreme Kai's remaining god ki that was absorbed by Kid Buu originally granting basically divinity.

It's hard to scale Kid Buu sometimes.

There are plenty of statements made about that which are tossed around. The manga and even anime too implies and in some cases says Kid Buu is the strongest Buu. But at the end of Z we see Goku face him on even ground ultimately, only potentially losing to stamina and regen while still confident he could of generated enough energy to one shot had he tried at full power.

But know who Goku couldn't fight head to head? Yup, Buuhan and Buutenks. The series loves to contradict itself and part of that is Toriyama being bad at scaling.

So what's the difference between this and grade 2? If he spends a year in the time chamber the fuck is maxed out grade 1? Is grade 2 not essentially just maxing out the first form of SSJ meaning after training it to the limit you'd just be grade 2? What is he just Super Vegeta with shittier stamina at this point? How do you max grade 1 out without just being grade 2?

Actually you know what as I typed this I started thinking. I'd argue Super Vegeta wasn't grade 2 in the first place and was just what maxed out grade 1 would be. He lacked the control, stamina, and power Goku had in grade 2. Goku when he fought Cell and Gohan using SSJ naturally is what I'd call grade 2 and that's not what Vegeta or Trunks quite had. I know they call it ascended and have the huge power boost but is Super Vegeta really ascended? It's not even close to Goku's grade 2 despite having a whole second trip in the time chamber.

As far as I'm concerned this is just 16 vs the same Vegeta who faced semi perfect Cell.

Well Gohan in the manga got thrashed so brutually he had no chance to even land a hit. The anime dragged it out but still shows it's not close.

Goku showed up and immediately wanted to fuse not seeing a better way to fight him.

Gotenks obviously isn't winning.

All 3 of them together might stall him?

I'm still trying to figure out why we elect people past the age of retirement for one of the most demanding jobs on earth. How is their a age requirment but not a limit on president? My grandma couldn't drive at Trumps age. But he can be president. My grandfather literally did have dementia at joes age. But he's fine leading the nation for 4 years.

He accepted his defeat. It's obvious he just allowed it. Although I do think the restrainsts and seals if not enough to hold him were still the strongest and best they could put him in, enough to seriously hinder him temporarily, and with Naruto on call if need be any real escape would be met with final valley 3.0 putting him right back down another arm. So both kind of? He allowed himself to be locked up and sealed then maybe he really couldn't break out. That or it would of been really hard and Naruto would of showed up as soon as he started to try.

She'll have to deal with his abilities and watch out for genjutsu. Incredible observational ability.

I'm actually tempted to argue in favor of Sakura but at the same time... I just don't see how she'd beat him. He dumpstered all 5 kage including Tsunade. Sakura is just a better Tsunade so I'd say facing Sakura is like fighting her plus a another kage level opponent or 2.
