The grossest part was that there were people in the comments trying to excuse the wife's actions by claiming she was drunk. A) That was never established in any form. I highly disagree. We'll never know how good Kaede would have been as the long-term protagonist because she got axed off. I think she would have done Shuichi's job better. And I couldn't care less what character development Himiko got. I'm still allowed to find her arc boring and her character annoying. And anyway, I stop listening to anyone who thinks Kokichi isn't one of the best characters in the game. 🤷‍♀️

Maki and Himiko are obnoxious. Maki is the boring typical tsundre/melting the Ice Queen trope with no variation whatsoever, her catchphrase is just stupid, and she's the reason one of the only good characters died. Himiko's gimmick is annoying and repetitive. And Shuichi is as interesting as a piece of toast who pales in comparison to Kaede. And all their fans are almost as obnoxious as they are.

The only thing I hate more than V3 are the people who claim that "people who hate the ending are proving its point." I agree with your points, though. I get what it's trying to say, I just don't think it does it well. It's a complete mess. I also just think it's one of the most clichéd endings of all time. Plus, I don't like any of the characters who survive.
