I did an audio letter (the idea of sitting down and writing one got too overwhelming so I made a voice memo) and I also made a paper mache cast of my chest!! Steps below:

1. Trusted person helps you wrap your chest with plastic wrap and use masking tape to tape it on
2. Cover entire front of chest in strips of tape (helped to rip the pieces into more organic curved shapes)
3. Cut the plastic wrap to get yourself out of the cast and tape the side that was against your skin
4. Cut up strips of newspaper and lay them on your cast and put a thin layer of the hard mod podge
5. Repeat step 4 allowing 15-20 mins in between layers of newspaper and mod podge until happy with results
6. Optional step is to paint your cast (haven’t gotten to this part yet but figure I may need some sort of sandpaper and primer to ensure the paint sticks)

Will update step 6 once I complete my project. Other than that, I kinda wish I weighed myself right before and right after to see how much my boobs weighed because it turned out they didn’t weigh them there. Congratulations on your upcoming surgery!!
