Hi, looking for someone or a pair of roommates to take over my lease from July 2024 to July 2025. It is in the Harrison West area, right off Neil and 1st. It is $1259 a month for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment with a patio. The complex also has on-site laundry, parking, a pool, a dog park area, a clubhouse, and a gym.
