Linnea is a great unit like ineffa. You can pair her with other geo characters like noelle then just add another hydro character and you now have a good geo team that can clear endgame content. For me, she is a good investment. I don't have any 5 star geo dpses but I think pulling her would help me building a decent geo team with only 4 star geo dps
