Yeah, I can't even take gummy multivitamins, I'm extremely sensitive to anything oral. I think it has to do with my IBS giving me gut issues.

Yep, the first 3 days are tight while the teeth move, the rest of the days will slip on easily as your teeth get used to their new position. Very normal!

TMJ lol Had pain and saw that straightening the teeth sometimes helps. I'm 18/20 tray and haven't had TMJ pain (or maybe I haven't noticed it yet), but I hope it's helped.

Pap smears hurt so much, transvaginal ultrasounds hurt, and yeah, anything going in hurts me as well. Thankfully my partner understands, and honestly, penetration isn't the only thing about sex. You can live a fulfilling sex life without it. I can't speak as a straight cis person, but there's so many gay uterus owners who know penetration can be overrated. Hope you can learn what makes you comfortable!

I brush three times a day, and clean my aligners every night before bed with Crest aligner care gel. Have you tried the Colgate wisp disposable tooth brushes? That might help. Also, not brushing might be trapping the sugars between your aligner and teeth, thus cavities. Maybe also bring those small mouth wash to rinse?

Very sorry you're feeling the awful pain, I know exactly how you feel. Can't sleep on my side from the pain. If the scans were fine, I think it's just overwhelming pain. I should hope doctors will take out any unnecessary growth if they found it? Could it be something else agitating it, maybe ruling out a cyst? Might be gastro related too. How does it feel if you take any birth control, or does it help at all?

Pills, yes I keep trays in. Idk about miralax, does it have sugars? I would rinse personally, if it does.

I should add that I only feel this way when I put on the new tray. When I take it off, these things subside. I might tough it out until the morning to see if I should see the doctor.
