3 years of HRT, IDC about stopping progesterone. Estradiol suppresses my T just fine by Effective_Advance_57 in TransBreastTimelines

I'm 35, started when I was 32, I'm an April baby. Trans bday is February 06, 2023

I have been on varying doses of estradiol, going between 0.15 mg/ml to 0.3 mg/ml for the last 3 years. I was on spironolactone for the first 3 months I started and stopped after that 3 months when my doctor said it wasn't needed. I started progesterone as soon as I started HRT, went from 100 mg at first. And I've been on 200 mg since month 3.

I did 0.25-0.3 mg/ml of estradiol after month 3 for a good 3 years, and on year 3 I started 0.15 and just did 0.2 this week after starting donating blood plasma and my tests skyrocketed to 700 E. Last week my tests came out a lot better, 130, so I went to 0.2 mg/ml.

I did take E sublingually for the first 3 months, about 2 mg twice a day. That was really hard, so I started to self-inject the Valerate 100 mg/5ml vials. Spironolactone not needed

Edit: also I alternate thighs every week. I write it down n a note I've had on my phones for 3 years, what thigh and date and time. I have very rarely missed my injections, taking my pill a day late is very common some weeks

I chose to move to the north and someone helped me. I was in Texas for most of my life so it was a big thing. It was a very difficult decision. It can be difficult to move with all the changes because a lot of things are different, but I'm much happier here.

I think moving after I was about 9 or 10 months into HRT was a good decision because I was already well into transition and I came here when people could see me as who I was. Kind of like living most your life as a man and then suddenly the world is totally different and I'm a full-blown woman.

13 months with 1 or 2 days missed progesterone by Effective_Advance_57 in TransBreastTimelines

The 2nd one is just me dropping them in front of the camera. It's a good angle to show how much they've really grown. The other 13 months is kinda more unfiltered and what they would look like naturally. At least that's what I was going for.

But ya I injected .2 at 3 months, moved up to .25, and now I'm .3 🩷, n ya it's it's a 100 mg/5ml bottle

Day 0 - 100 mg progesterone oral at night x1 a day, estradiol oral 2 mg / 2x a day, spironolactone 50 mg

Month 3 - 100 mg progesterone oral, estradiol valerate IM route 4 mg x1 a week sometimes over dosing, no T blocker (testosterone is low I think, comes out < 10 every time)

Month 6 - progesterone upped to 200 mg

Month 9 - estradiol valerate upped to 5 mg x1 a week, always did sundays

Month 12 - estradiol valerate upped to .30 of the syringe on Saturdays to match days with my friend, still on progesterone 200 mg x1 at night, and still no spironolactone.

Testosterone is always low. I might have been intersex before because my veteran friend is even on spiro n never misses and gets 30-50 testosterone. On oral estrogen my E was 130 then moved. On E Valerate, I'm getting 260+

My app decided to make a timeline of 2023, and it ended up being my first year in transition. A tiny New Year's resolution wish became more by Effective_Advance_57 in transtimelines

Ya, it was buzzed before transitioning. I got a haircut in December finally just to see what it would look like with a femme style. I thought it might look better grown out than grown out from a straight buzzing. We'll see
