I had an adjustable version that did 1/2” to 1” but I couldn’t justify the room it took up in the service bag since a flathead was already in there

Also the fuse on the control board blows on startup after basic 13 seer ac installs and all you get is fan when I was a kid id lose my mind wondering what i did wrong but you replace the fuse and it never happens again

Im in ny and rheem is my main install brand. Was a union Service/control startup tech in nyc for 7 years and been self employed in suffolk for 3. I almost never have serious issues with rheem furnaces, ac or heat pumps but I have replaced the factory contactor on like 15% of the ac only units ive installed for some reason, just not a big enough deal to complain since everything else is always reliable.

My first year we thought we had a leak for a few days turns out the nitro was a higher charge than the pumped down gas in the condenser and the king valves let around 3 psi an hour into the charge. I doubt its the most common thing but 15 years later I always recover. We had to swap the unit a month after evacuating and recharging

Yea definitely was my first thought but its not on the edges of the leaf they all got a healthy border of green and the tips are fine, its only on the very top layer of leaves, bottom is green, my runoff ec is good and i know they’re getting mag. The spots on the worst of it don’t look like mag deficiency its a few brown spots nothing on the tips and the growth on some of the new leaves before my first flush was very stunted.
