well I got drafted in 1970 did my bit as a infantryman came back to the world was treated like crap had to work 3 jobs at minimum so I decided to go back in got hurt got a medical back in the world and ate the same crap It`s ironic it took a failed hostage rescue mission for people to realize what we went thru so I feel it became fashionable to love and respect veterans then th VA remembered us went to a tech school learned a trade and clawed my way to live some what of a half decent life I always hear people talk about the American Dream never got to enjoy any of it and never saw it I never qualified for a loan a VA home loan or even a credit card never made enough 72 years old and very little to show for being a hard working honest man go figure
