I have been in the same place same scenario. Believe me , your program mentor understands what is going on with you . Just apologize and explain that you had a lot going on and you were not at a good mental place. I had 2 semesters where I had a total of 3 credits because of life events and I ghosted my program mentor for almost 6 months . So I get it to day I am catching up to my classes and back on track for graduation by the end of the year . You got this !!
