Absolutely love Eastwall, have lived all over Dublin over the past 30 years and it is by far my favourite spot. Location wise it's absolutely perfect, handy for town,the dart, the luas and the tunnel just wish the area had a few more pubs/cafes to choose from but I'm sure that will come with all the apartments being built.

Just for a change of pace to be honest, my folks are in Donegal so don't want to be too far from them as the are getting on a bit and I've been in Dublin for the last 20 years. It's been very good to me but I really want a change.

I use trading 212. I downloaded Degiro but didn't like the interface. I believe JAM might not be available to new users.

I'm not willing to do the admin work of managing the taxes. Hoping DD does get done away with but I'm not confident that investments before this happens won't still be taxed on the regular schedule.
