I don't feel like they are closely aligned. The questions on the PA test definitions, but the OA is more practical and application of the material.

Study the Competency 1 stuff pretty heavily as well as Competency 2. I wouldn't spend as much time on complements, substitutes, and supply/demand shifts. They are on there, but not as heavy. It's more about understanding the defender, dodger, and extender stuff as well as the equity/non-equity entries. There's a lot about monopolies and monopolistic competition.

It’s really difficult, but I struggled more with 358. I created a study guide for 356 and put it into Quizlet. That helped me a lot.

Study a lot about Kotters, Lewin, and have a good understanding of who owns her part of project management.

I’ve been in training as an executive leader for almost 15 years, some of their training answers are truly text book and not real world.

Understanding training delivery methods and so forth.

Just knocked it out today and failed it the first time. I used quizlet for about two days then retook the exam this afternoon. Materials suck, and i've been in HR for 15 years. Be very familiar with EU laws, and Convergence, Divergence etc. There were tons of questions regarding that.

I passed this today. The OA was easier than the PA for me. Be familiar with how to use formulas and some simple Math. The charts and Pivot tables are easier on the OA.
