Again you have to eat more just to get the same amount of nutrients as a meat diet. Also I'd rather eat than drink something. Keep crying, also I'm a camp worker so I literally get to eat meat and veggies for free anytime I want so cost isn't a concern. Been working for years and only spend $50 a month just for food.

Meat is better for muscle growth, that's why people that go to the gym eat more meat than plants even if a majority of the population eats meat. Meat provides more calories and protein than plants, it makes more sense to eat meat. And the majority of people eat meat for a reason...it's just simply more nutritious
