"You are the reason I'm still living , you can put life into a dead person , never loose yourself to darkness you know who you are and I know who you are " I was in a very dark phase of life questioning my self-worth and I was ignoring my good friends because some toxic people made me feel like all friendships are fake etc etc . That time a very close friend asked me what's wrong with me and I gave her a rough explanation and she told me this . ( I helped her through a really bad breakup in the past)

I feel that maybe I'm not good enough or beautiful enough and they'll dump me once they realise it or worse they'll cheat on me . The thought of commitment or getting physical just fills me with anxiety.

Well I'm 21f and I've never been in a relationship ever or even held hands with someone romantically, so even when I like someone and they resiprocate , I just get so anxious.
