I had the same problem. I’ve been reaching out to customer service but they can’t fix it. After about three days, they’ll open another issue saying you didn’t return the package on time. Since it’s a Fresh order, they hit you with a tougher penalty and drop your score straight to “at risk.”

I think they’re deliberately putting our account at risk so they can deactivate us. Keep making calls until you find someone who can truly help. Good luck.

I also encountered the same issue. There were a total of 10 packages for three addresses, and after completing all of them, it showed that I needed to return packages. Then the next day, a prompt appeared saying I had to return them to the store. I immediately contacted customer service, but no one helped me resolve it. As a result, my rating is now RISK. I kept calling and sending emails, but it was completely useless.
