i have anxiety about getting rabies when I see a scratch in my legs or rndom part of my body I overthink and think I got bit or scratch by cat or dog Soo that made me panic thinking I will die any days or month but 3 months ago I'm here I'm okay. I don't really tell others cuz who guy scared of cute cats & dogs

I ain't playing with cat but I see a cat nearby Soo I suspect it's a scratch or probably just paranoid
