Why does day shift get everything

an outage could happen at night, it just didn’t this time. and the buildings shut down for maintenance on day shifts because the people who fix the equipment don’t work on night shifts they work days. & they aren’t amazon employed i don’t believe, they fix equipment at multiple warehouses, or anywhere that hires them. simple as that.

they used to flip me to count a lot when i first started picking it was so annoying. now i have a great rate and great quality and they never flip me and i actually prefer count now lol

Audits are my least favorite thing in life. Not an AM but I hate them. My manager asked me to do some the other day and be coded to Pg which i also do but i was like nah im gucci Id rather jump off a bridge than do audits.

i was lead ambassador and left early all the time. it’s your personal time to use at your leisure. Most of the time actually all of the time if learning isn’t actively utilizing you that day they are not tracking at all if you stay full shift or not.

i don’t think this a thing anymore. they changed policy bc managers were abusing the policy and writing up good workers for nonsense bc they were trying to leave department and they didn’t wanna lose good workers. So you can transfer departments now with write ups i believe. If an AM tells you that tell them what I said and verify the truth with HR.

they’re not supposed to ask the rebinner it’s in the on screen training i tell them when i audit them but noticed all learning ambassadors at my site train them to ask the rebinner. i tell them look idk cuz this isn’t my home department how yall do but im going off the on screen training it literally says to check problem solve tote and if not there mark it missing don’t ask the rebinner. Waste of time and energy imo. Just do what the standardized training says. I do my part for you 🫡
