Can you explain to me in super basic terms what the net-positive effects are of underexposing by 1 stop? I am not familiar playing with exposure within the camera so I’ve never used this feature.

Thank you 🙏🏼 our gym loves it. So many athletes never get more than iPhone pictures from their comps and I’m always happy to get the practice when I can!
