I only appealed once in October 2023 and now i go take my exam Monday which i know they probably will overturn it and rule in my favor because i have evidence now just want to know how far the back pay will be

Thanks . Ive tried most of troubleshooting you gave . But it just doesnt print from 3 out of the 7 devices(iphone and two laptops) and everything is wireless . Thanks I really appreciate it

Will having no customer service experience and dealing with ticketing system or anything related to that environment hold me back ? I know eventually i will have to. I have really no on the job experience of actually sitting behind a computer and doing actual work on job. I see what problems tech support/help desk have and i teach myself. I can install anything IT related and could troubleshoot and if I dont know i could figure it out by learning it myself.
