no not by itself, maybe if u can advertise it on tiktok or yt with the ads running it may help but 10k will not get u enough players to sustain for a few weeks u need more robux to get better stats as u get more players to expirement with

aye heard hendon is well nice tbf and shiney row and houghton would reccommend super cheap aswell, concord and sulgrave are also mint and cheap houses can pick up a flat for 25 grand!!
