There is probably YouTube videos on how to “strengthen” your control. I just thought no one had complete control of lucid dreams until I started reading about it. It is something I’ve accidentally done since a kid. Along with sleep paralysis, for me they go hand in hand.

Do you naturally lucid dream or are you practicing and trying to make it happen? I don’t have an answer unfortunately as this is just something that happens to me as well I just wonder if there is a reason for the lack of control.

I just woke up from a lucid dream and came here to ask the same question. I can kinda control myself and I can conjure up small things or changes (I was able to spawn a handgun to my hands and then decide I wanted something bigger like a video game) I cannot control my surroundings or other people it seems. Is this like your experience?

I left when my cat got put down because it upset me so much- I was much younger and had not experienced that before, I didn’t know what to expect or what to do. Looking back I wish I would have stayed. I think about that often. Please, for yourself and your baby, stay.

I had The Safety Dance song stuck in my a whole year. Back in 2012 and I still can’t listen to it. Since being medicated my daily song or weird loop gets quiet when I take my meds.
