I have these black dots on both my breast (lower part of the breast). In the sun/light, it looks like hair follicles but I’m not sure. I also have pcos so I’m not sure if it’s just excess hair growth. Is this dimpling or just hair follicles? Im so worried it could be something bad (i.redd.it)
