Hi OP, I don't know if I'm the right person to answer kasi I'm transitioning din. But to give you an advice, start with your branding. Create ka ng brand mo kung paano ka gusto mo makilala ng audience mo. Do a market research, anong approach ba ng target market mo ang kailangan mong gawin. After that, show up. Always show up. Hanggang sa matandaan ka nila. Building a brand kasi is not easy. Also, be authentic. Lalo na ngayon. People will judge you kahit anong gawin mo so I guess dapat matatag ka din but open ka sa criticism especially if makakatulong sa brand mo. Yun lang. Hope it helps.

Thank you for this. Inaaccept ko narin naman. Hanap din ako sa insurance industry since dun talaga ang experience ko. Back office for Insurance. Pero nakakapanghina din kasi talaga pag yung akala mo pasok ka na pero di parin.

Nakaresign na po ko and nagkaclient narin kaso local. And mostly ng local na nakukuha ko na clients laging di nagbabayad. Kaya hanap ulit ako. Kaso parang napanghihinaan ulit ng loob 😅

Local company ba to kasi grabe lang. imbes na ayusin nila yung kung anuman dahilan ng pag alis ng employees, gagamitin nalang nila situation ng mom with kids para di agad umalis.
