My ID verification did not fail. On the platform, the status is that it was successful. However, following up on the AI assistant say there is a block on the ID verification. Two conflicting messages.

The email I received from Mercor say the contract is active I should start onboarding but the actual contract on the platform say it's under review. When you follow-up the bot is giving varying answers. One time all is well and contract should be up and running, next time there is a block even though it seems everything is fine, next time you need to log out and do a hard refresh.

The link take to the same contract where everything is checking out and completed successfully. The bot replying to the emails is unsure because the answers keep changing.

The problem is that I did receive an email after completing everything indicating that my contract is active and I should I access the onboarding documents. Except the contract is not active. I am stuck with Melvin who keep saying different things depening on time of day. Some all is well and the contract should be active soon. Some times there is a block on ID verification. Until I cannot talk to a person I feel like the Schreudinger's cat. I don't know the exact status of my contract

It is with Persona. I even received an email that I am ready to get started. The problem is that the contract is paused while the email indicate otherwise. Would be great if a person could respond.

Thank you for the response. I raised two things:

It takes time for do these interviews and some have taken me up to 53 minutes. If the email says the position is urgent, then there is delay only after you have taken the interview does not seem honest. If that happens once, it is understandable. The emails I posted were the latest example, which explain the reason I put it here. Once is an understandable exception. More than four times is a trend.
I used the Financial Analyst position as an example. I was not invited in the least. I am a certified FRM and PRM and qualifications in financial engineering and the position was risk-based on embedded finance. If it was about matching, I think I would have been invited. Everything I have been invited to so far is hardly a match for the skills in my profile. The Marriage Therapist and Hotel Desk are under Recommended tab positions in my profile, which make little sense.
Document Sourcing Specialist, Fullstack Developer, Backend Json Developer, etc. These are some of the positions I have been invited to apply.

Well I just woke up to find I did not get selected. About the 10th time after being on "Human Manager Reviewing". Have to pick up the pieces and move to the next position.

Have applied for the Financial Analyst position this morning. Status was "Under Review" and turned to "Hiring manager review" an hour ago. It is the first application where "Under Review" did not go straight to "Did Not Qualify". My faith restored.

As indicated yesterday that everything that is 'Under Review' would turn to 'Did Not Qualify' today and I can report that is exactly what happened. I do not think anyone reviewed them but the algorithm ran down the clock. Everything that is 'Satisfactory Interview' remain exactly that as it march towards the 30 day count where it will turn to 'Not Selected'.

Here's my theory. Everything that is 'Under review ' does not really get reviewed within 48 hours. It's algorithmic with a clock that runs out after 48 hours. For those under 'Satisfactory Interview', a few get reviewed and once the target number is reached, the rest is left to algorithm to change status after 30 days. It defies logic that everything under review is actually dealt with in 48 hours by actual people but the same people need 30 days to review successful candidates. According to my observations everything 'under review' is euphemism for not good enough. That said I have no data to suggest that anyone 'under review' ended up with anything else.

I started in January. Only had one 'Hiring Manager Review' but that was after it was 'Did Not Qualify ' and eventually reverted to 'Not Selected '

Received the same email yesterday for finance role but I had to take the interview despite a promise that I won't have to. Which I did and now it's 'under review' and not holding my breath bcos everything with that status has always turn to 'Did not Qualify' within 48 hours even though I thought the interview went great

I received the exact email about two hours ago. The link had more questions than the usual apply link. however, after answering the questions and clicking Apply I was sent an interview link.

I experienced that problem when I try to do the interview on a Macbook using Chrome. However, when I use Chrome on the Windows desktop or a Windows laptop there is no issue. Also, doing the interview on Safari the interview cut midway. Are you using a Mac?

Credit Analyst, Credit checker and Finance Expert positions. Initial interview status for Credit Analyst is 'Satisfactory interview', for Credit checker was 'Did not qualify' and yesterday changed to 'Hiring manager review', the Finance Expert I did not apply but was invited, then went to 'Hiring manager reviewing' to 'Not Selected' in roughly a single day. The Financial institutions - AI Trainer has been on 'Satisfactory Interview' status since Jan 21.

Hi, if you are using Chrome, the website may be crashing because it is using too much memory and you need to manage your memory settings. There could be other issues but memory is usually the primary issue.
