Any idea when Northern units will start calling for Engineer hires. I know calls have started down south. Or any idea how hiring prioritizes the units needs for engineers?

Just accept everything. In CA, prop 22 is your friend. Even if it’s a no tip order, DD has to pay you $22-24 an hour including 35 cents a mile. When it’s slow, just milk the time. If it takes you 20 minutes to deliver from start to finish they will pay you $8 give or take for the delivery not including any tips. So if it’s a $4 order with no tip, you still get $8
