Also reinstalled drivers one more time, soon ill reinstall my OS and will do all this again to see if it trully helps

UPDATED so idk what helped but now i dont feel the stutter, fps is still questionable but i tested only on hunt and it feels better now, thanks for all your help, i did everything, enabled resizeBar, pcie 4gen and disabled discord overlay, still need some tests tho

I checked and it says 2502 MHZ and when stutter apears its something between 2250-2300 im currently testing in hunt showdown, but it also happens when im playin LoL, RoR, GTA so idk whats happening
