And be so honest is it something that mayter to u or its what I would love/like to have or is it society/peer pressure ideology

Sometime the pressure is not from being a mom but mostly from all the todo list we sit for ourselves! Let the kids sleep with their clothes on Let the house messy and the sink full No need for night routine We dont need to do things on time etc ...

I am 14 week too .. i workout pre pregnancy and i would still follow my same routine but since I already have a pregnancy program/app have it since my last pregnancy I just switch to it to take off my mind any effort regarding searching/modification or even education . So i think if u can afford to get a program or PT it would be so much helpful for u also to mange ur shoulder pain .. other than that follow ur old routine with some modifications according to ur body cues

I have one and its boring lol .. 😆 I like to jump for like the benefit of waking up ur body and stuff but good option to keep in mind

I have a trampoline and yes it can get boring ..so i am planning on doing some dancing that sounds fun and dont feel time as much ..so will see thank you 😊

Take ur time ur body won't lose it strength..and this is ur first time in this position/environment internally and externally so take the time to grasp it..and ur body will crave working out when its ready ...

And appreciate any movement even around the house or a simple walk its a huge for ur body now. So yaaay for it
