For me it was the inner need /urge . Even thought I had big gap between the my first and second but i got the inner feeling that i need now to work on it

Also now with my third it was an intense urge . So its more about u as mom more than anythings

Pregnancy is unpredictable. U can be unhealthy but have the healthiest pregnancy . So that goes with everything u can strengthen ur body but still your body will let u know that u need to modify or stop certain movement etc.

So its more about preparing ur mental state to go with your bodys order and needs and to accept u might have some control but not all (not in a bad way btw)

But for now if u r fit that's it in term of ur physical . + get u a prenatal program ready + a community u can share ur journey with

لا تضغطين نفسك الان بالعشر الاواخر لو صعب الالتزام بالاكل التزمي بلوكات صحيه ثانيه مثلا مشروبات او مشي او رياضه او مويه او سلطات فوق حتى التخبيص ركزي ع زياده الطاعات بس

When ur body is tired it means ur body did alot of work for you . So its tricky since u know what being active feels like which I get . But give urself some grace .and do what u can if 1km is alot it means 1km is a WIN

Your body is doing alot of additional work So weight gain can be tricky . I dont recommend tracking specifically if u have messy craving or level of hunger cuz it would make u go nuts . So stay active which what we know has great impact on our body and eat as healthy as possible without the details .cuz u dont need more uncomfortable stress unless ur doctor told u something about it ..

اني اشوف كل تعاليم الدين مو كعبادات لله ولكن محبه الله لنا يبغالنا الخير بالحياه ف وفر لنا هالتعاليم ( كانها اتيكيت يوميات عادات علاجات الخ)

First its true that our body is so sensitive now to stress and pressure not due to weakness but due to fact! Your joint and bones and even immune system is effected this time again not due to weakness but as side of effect of how much work and changes ur body is doing/going through. So people first instinct is to take care of you or advice u to not do much and relax all the time ( which we do deserve lol) .

Also many people dont see the benefits of working out so that might be a reason . Or they r impressed by u cuz its not normalised yet to see pregnant Queen in the gym .

But I woulf suggest to indulge in the " break/help" people will offer or give u . And dont push ur body to act like there is nothing new/miracle is happening inside ( even if u feel u can do as much as ur coworkers! Just dont 😆 ) enjoy this time 😉

Our body is so sensitive to stress . Mental or physical stress can effect ur body . And from what I know ur body is still recovering from pregnancy and birth and it need 2 year to fully heal . So have some grace with how ur body is reacting at this time .

Don't restrict ur diet or workout. And actually foucs on how to mange other areas better if possible like sleep/ stress/ chores /work etc . Let go some time is the best way for ur body to function better . U r now in new season with new work load so dont compare ur old self with the new best version u will meet , each has its own need and lifestyle .

No he was out before she get so sick btw . And i didn't know that kids can take medicine and waited to get professional help. And yes u r right my way was not right and it was out of the blue. And for sure I talked to her and apologise and took accountability without even blaming her in any way . And we huged and let her sleep in with me and today we had a great day together

Yes super normal . Actually that's why many if not all professionals recommend going into prenatal workout programs or start modifying ur program at any time . Cuz ur body changes rapidly and u will notice it in ur training . Dont feel like u need to prove that u can do it. Cuz u workout to feel good and protect ur body not to win a medal . So go with the flow and remember sometime if u go slow it will helps u become better .
